while working on the
design
of the building. In my opinion, the
design
of the property depends on a lot of factors but, the usage of the building should be on top of the list. The function of the building helps in determining the open space that should be available in the building.
Firstly
, the
design
of the building should focus on what it is going to be used for, because,
then
the area available for the development can be used wisely.
For example
, it is often seen that
people
demolish their homes to convert them into rentable properties, but, if
this
would have been considered while designing the estate,
then
demolishment would not have been necessary. Converting and using the estate as a rentable property would have been easily possible.
Secondly
, while working on the development of public places like stadiums, parks etc. The usage and the location should be considered, as it would be beneficial for the
people
to visit them

plays an important role in the number of
people
visiting the estate. Parks should be developed in large areas so that it is possible for a large number of
people
to accumulate there. To conclude, It has been seen that a lot of changes are made in the building, once the construction is completed, all of those changes could have been avoided if, the usage of the building was thought of while working on the
design
of the building.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
