Unemployment is one of the biggest problems of contemporary society. What do you think are the main causes of unemployment? What solutions can you suggest?

It is well known that joblessness is a situation which the majority of cities around the world are facing nowadays.

issue affects not only the community but

the government since the

problem

has a direct impact on the local economy. The biggest cause of

issue is because the employees are, most of the time, unprepared to accomplish the necessities of the labour market.

Thus

, in order to minimize these causes some improvements must be taken,

for youth and vocational courses for

adults

To begin

with, one of the main reasons for the unemployment in big cities is because traditionally at schools the majority of

are focused only on theoretical subjects rather than practices.

Consequently

, when the students graduate, they are not prepared to start working as they have never learned vocational skills as finance routine or how to treat customers. Another common reason for

is the level of qualification or education of experienced workers, specific for people over 40 because some types of jobs do not exist anymore but others have been created in the

as drone operators, uber drivers and app developer and despite the fact that the demand for jobs in these positions is increasing, employers are struggling to find skilled workers. A solution to
