Many people say that the only way to guarantee getting a good job is to complete a course of university education. Others claim that it is better to start work after school and gain experience in the world of work. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some
people
believe that owning a degree from a
university
is the
first
step to getting a well-paid job.
On the other hand
, a number of
people
think that work experience is more than everything to prove you are a good employee. In the following, I will express both points of view and give my ideas.
First
, there are some things only one can learn from the
university
.
For example
, if
people
want to be a doctor or lawyer, they must need the knowledge from the textbook. Through the lecture, assignment, and the professor to guide students to pass the professional examination.
Furthermore
, during
university
, students have many opportunities to join social groups based on their interests. It is the perfect time to meet friends and establish a friendship.
However
, sometimes only knowledge is not enough if
people
do not have practical experience. Suppose
people
want to know more about
this
industry. In that case, the best way is to work in one of those companies and understand its operation and market strategy rather than read the general introduction from the book article.
Moreover
, some personalities only can improve in an actual situation,
such
as leadership and communication ability.
Last
but not least, I believe going to
university
is not the only way to have a good job. Nowadays, the technology advance,
people
can search for any information from the internet within a few clicks.
Also
, there are many self-learning platforms,
such
as Coursera and Future Learn, that provide different courses from many universities. After students finish the course, pupils even can receive the certificate. In summary, in my opinion, there are many ways to get the dream job as long as you prove your ability and power to convict your company's leader.
