There are many reasons for youngsters becoming obese, such as dietary habits and limited physical activity. In the long-term, that could lead to health problems, as well as learning ability.

In this contemporary era , we can see a wide range of advancement in all fields and this may lead to the betterment of society. So, with an increased life span population had to work hard till older age for a better retirement.
