These days many educated and highly skilled people are struggling to get a decent
job
and quite a lot are unemployed.
This
essay will
first
look at two main reasons causing
this
problem, and
then
explore solutions for it. The primary reason for
this
is due to a huge economic recession from the global pandemic. As the economic situation has worsened, many companies have to lay off their employees to reduce their expenses and maintain their stability.
For example
, in 2020, many airlines in Thailand
such
as Thai Airways, Air Asia and Lion Air, discharged their workers, leaving more than a thousand experienced staff unemployed. Another reason is competitive society due to the increasing population and limited
job
vacancies. The
job
applicants are expected to be flawless, while employers get to pick and choose or even provide the employees with low salaries.
Besides
, most highly educated people often stay jobless until they get the desired
job
which is rare to happen. So
this
causes
job
vacancies too. In order to solve
this
situation, proper measures from the government should be immediately imposed.
For instance
, the government should subsidize private companies so that they can maintain their own staff or even recruit a new one.
Additionally
, the pandemic should be gotten rid of as soon as possible to regain economic stability.
Lastly
, more jobs should be offered to minimize the rate of competition.
