that was place was near to my residence, and in between two days, the child become familiar with me. As I mentioned, I have experience of doing

Hi / Hello + name

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.

For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:

Air pollution is one of the most important issues in this decade, and the assertion that the government should ban cars from city centers is unreasonable. I am afraid I have to disagree because we have alternative solutions such as increasing use of the public transportation and using electric cars, which they can conduct.
