Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter in response to the advertisement which was published in Australian Magazine. I have read about your requirements about hiring a person to take care of your baby for about half of the year.
The reason behind expressing interest in this
work is that I can easily cope up with the children. Moreover
, in the past I used to take care of one toddler which was quite amusing for me also
that was place was near to my residence, and in between two days, the child become familiar with me.
As I mentioned, I have experience of doing this
task, and after a month I got appreciation from the parent's end.
The best part about me is that I have a keen interest in travelling to educational spots and parks. I believe I can employ my time whenever I am free in these places and can take the child along with me. Therefore
, this
is for their betterment because the educational spots boost up their find and playing in the parks helps them to be fit.
I am hoping to hear from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
Swati AroraSubmitted by Arjun on

The Greeting
Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.
Always start an informal letter in the ways:
- Dear + name
- Hi / Hello + name
‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.
For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:
- Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
- Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
