Should governments make decisions about people's lifestyle or should people make their own decisions?

It is of my opinion that
people

should decide how to live their
lives

rather than having the states telling them how their
life

should be. The reason being is that democracy and freedom are only met when
people

are to decide about their
lives

themselves and
this

creates
happiness

. In comparison, the opposite is a threat towards humankind as it is the same as a dictatorship. When
people

can make their own choices in their
lives

, they feel free and

how it should be in countries with democracies. When individuals can have the lifestyle they want without being told how to, they will certainly be content with their
lives
Use synonyms
as compared to those being made to live a
life

they do not want to.
For example

, Norway is a democratic country where

This

country is on the world’s top-ten list of the countries where

. Truly
happiness

can only occur when no one decides how to live your
life

.
In contrast

, when the states tell how their citizens ought to live their
lives

, as in a dictatorship,
happiness

is not likely to occur. As individuals are very different, it is impossible for the state to know how they prefer to behave, dress, work or socialize. By being forced to behave in a way one does not want is not what one desires. To exemplify, in China, the population is not allowed to act in a manner that the state dislikes. If the Chinese want to make their own choices,

punishments will result.
Thus

,
this

of living happily. To conclude, I believe that individuals are to make their own choices on how to live their
lives

happiness

to situations where the state tells their

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
