Dear Mr Jack,
I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to continue with the French learning course.
I have been informed by my organization that I need to be working from onsite for the upcoming three months to complete an important assignment which is very critical for the company's reputation and left me no choice and as were you already aware I am an individual work ethic I have decided to take it up means I will not be able to continue with the french hobby for the upcoming three months which is a bitter pill to swallow.
After giving it a long thought, I have made a plan and I wanted to share it with you. To start, I will take up the assignment which means will not be attending class for the upcoming three months and I am very happy to inform you that once I am back from the assignment, I will continue resuming the evening session where I left earlier.
Hoping that it works for you as well and waiting for your positive reply.
Yours faithfully,
Venkat
