The governments should give each citizen a basic income so that they have enough money to live on, even if they are important. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed by some
people
that lawmakers should help their citizens by giving a particular amount of income for living .
Therefore
, I agree with
this
aforementioned notion because it gives them healthy living and more opportunities to fight poverty problems while if the government do so, they will become lazy and irresponsible. Some
people
debate that higher authorities should provide a basic salary to live on because it is essential for every citizen and help to decrease poverty.
For example
, pupils who do not have
money
to spend their life. So, by getting
money
from the governments they can educate their children.
Moreover
, they can provide more opportunities to them like good education, healthy lifestyle, and proper treatment in each and everything.
Although
, if
people
have
money
for survival so they can become more realistic and can start their own business without any hesitation and they can earn a large amount of profit with their new firms.
Additionally
, nowadays
people
are suffering from unemployment. By getting costs from the lawmakers they will not be involved in bad activities and it helps to stop crime which put a positive effect on
this
development.
On the other hand
side,
money
is a matter of many living problems.
For example
, getting
money
without any work can become them lazy because efforts are very important for surviving. Another biggest problem that can create with
this
progress is unmaturity and irresponsibility.
However
, if
people
have
money
so, they do not take responsibility for their families and they will spend their
money
on unnecessary things and it will not become them independent for taking decisions correctly. Summing up, I agree, the government should take responsibility for their voters because it can reduce poverty and provide them with a lot of opportunities for living.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
