Dear Sara,
I hope you’re doing fine in your new job. How are all the tasks going? I am writing to you to apologize for breaking the printer you lent me
last
week and to see what can I do to fix it.
Well, as you switched your career you said you wouldn't
need this
printer for a long time. So I brought it to my office to get the best use out of it while I have it. Do you ring some meeting my assistant wanted to get tons of copies for the contractors and she wasn't
paying attention to the limitation of the printer so after the first
round it just stopped working.

work at all. The inkjet doesn't
respond and also
it doesn't
connect with any device even the brand new ones.
Anyway, I've called the company and they told me this
model is out of guarantee and fixing it would cost as much as a purchasing the state of the art latest launched printers. Honestly, I should have bought one in the first
place but now I’ll buy the brand new one for my office and I’ll get one for you and I'll have it delivered to your office if that's OK. Just let me know if you're fine with it.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
