There is too much noice in many punlic palce inm cities, What are the caiuse of tyhis problem? Wat can be dome to solve this problem?

A certain level of
noise
has always been a defining feature of urban areas.
However
, today the amount of
noise
in a lot of public
places
is excessive. There are several causes behind
this
issue. A pragmatic approach to solve
this
problem would be to identify the hours at which it is worse and root out the causes. The primary cause of too much
noise
in public
places
in the cities is the soaring number of vehicles fitted with ineffective exhaust systems which are sometimes
further
modified by car enthusiasts to make their drives louder.
Such
modifications serve no purpose other than boosting the vehicle owner's ego and an undying desire of leaving an impression of having a powerful engine under the hood through aggressive acceleration. The
second
obvious reason for
noise
pollution in public
places
is the loud music played by restaurants and pubs. Though the music is usually played to keep the customers and staff entertained,
such
a routine is generally condemned by people who prefer to have their meal in a peaceful environment or prefer to walk around without having some loud sound penetrating through their ears. Notwithstanding the fact that
this
problem is sickening and
further
deteriorating with the accumulation of population in cities and the increased number of vehicles, the pyramid of contributing factors can be shaken and grounded through a systematic implementation of anti-
noise
regulations and education. Public involvement is
also
necessary to successfully eliminate
this
crisis which can
also
cause irreversible loss of hearing in humans and animals. The best effective method,
for instance
, is that people should start using public transport.
In addition
, car enthusiasts should start diverting their interest toward electric vehicles which are practically silent, and restaurants and pubs should place
noise
cancellation devices and screens to keep the music within the premises. As
such
it can be concluded that both the cause and solution lies within the general public's approach and action toward
this
problem, and local government's involvement could
further
speed up the process of reinstating a peaceful environment in public
places
in cities.
