 for educational purposes is beneficial as it improves learning. On the one hand, the invention of technology has helped to broaden learning and I agree. The introduction of
computers
 in different schools has enabled
students
 to learn outside their scope of studies because they are able to get numerous information and facts on various topics.
As a result
, assignments and research works are made easier and accessible at any time.
For instance
, a survey carried out about two years ago in Ghana among University

, showed that most of them had vast knowledge of their course ever since the introduction of
computers

On the other hand
, the use of

 technology has caused distractions in academics. Most

 get carried away by other side attractions

 as video games, social media and entertainment apps.

 can result in poor grades as

 spend most of their time on these apps rather than focusing on the primary aim of

 in their studies. Statistics on a study carried out in Kenya, revealed that there was a recent massive failure recorded among secondary school

 due to the frequent use of computer gadgets when studying. In conclusion, while people may vary in their opinions, I believe that
computers
 promote vast learning,

 it is a notable useful trend in the educational sector.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
