some people think that dangerous sports should be banned while other people should be free to choose discuss both views and give your opinion

Sports
, in general, are dangerous because of their very nature. They require us to push the limits of our bodies and reach new heights of physical existence; because of these issues arise, whether to restrict highly risky
sports
or give the
people
the freedom to choose. In the following paragraphs, I will discuss two points of view and conclude with my personal opinion. Physical activity like
sports
is much needed for some
people
to release their stress, or to athletes, it is part of their living.
However
, individuals have different preferences, and some would be delighted with extreme
sports
because they want more challenging activities to help them build more confidence and motivation.
Moreover
, it is a great way to have fun and provide new experiences, and it helps others overcome fear and build physical and mental health.
On the contrary
, some
people
are against adventure
sports
because they are hazardous and can put one life in danger or death. There is a very high possibility of injuries even with the safety precautions.
Additionally
, it is straining the body out of the comfort zone and may not go down well if the body is not prepared for
such
a heavy workout or is not a regular adventure
sports
practitioner. These
sports
are
also
traumatic to family and relatives who are worried about the athletes. Plus, it is costly for some reason. Equipment and gears are expensive but are mostly needed for safety purposes. Like two sides of a coin, extreme
sports
have advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, one needs to understand that these extreme
sports
are meant as a break from life and not something to be included in regular life.
Then
, no person can go far without training and equipment. It is up to the
people
to decide what they need to do, how cautious they are, and what limits they must follow. Proper precautions and training can help them enjoy the
sports
to the fullest.
