While people in developing countries are happier than in the past, people in developed countries are less happy. Why? What can be learnt from this?
Happiness is the key factor that makes
people
’s life
more valuable. In recent years, people
living in developing countries are more satisfied with their life
than those in the past, while the public belonging to developed communities encounter the contrary phenomenon. In my perspective, there are several existing reasons that could give plausible explanations for this
and people
could withdraw some lessons from the situation.
It is obvious that people
from developing nations could have higher living standards nowadays in comparison with their previous dwellers. In these regions, wealth plays a critical role in people
’s life
. With the rapid development, they tend to earn more capital that could help them escape from poverty, allowing them to fulfil their wishes and improve their living quality. As a result
, they become wealthier and feel happier in their life
. On the other hand
, people
in developed countries have a tendency to realize that money could not provide them with a happy life
. For example
, workers in developed nations frequently suffer from a great deal of stress and loneliness deriving from their working and living styles. Such
problems could be likely to cause depression in which people
feel dissatisfied with their life
.
From this
circumstance, people
in the third
world could learn several lessons. Firstly
, besides
money, people
should take care of discovering themselves to make their life
more meaningful. In other words
, people
should nurture their interests and motivations in which these factors can help them to overcome adversities in their life
. According to developed countries, the population need to maintain their work-life
balance in that they might prevent being depressed and having plenty of problems relating to their life
. For instance
, those societies are communicating, and finding a hobby could hinder sadness, and feeling more satisfied. Thus
advice could somehow assist in the life
approaches.
In conclusion, it is apparent that the population in developing societies gain more satisfaction with their life
compared to those in the past and the opposite situation would be observed in people
living in developed states because of several reasons. I firmly think that the lessons rooted in this
phenomenon could recommend people
in both nations to adjust their lifestyles in order to to have more happiness in the future.Submitted by amanakbota23 on
