is a Dell company computer that comes with one year warranty and I have a receipt. I took all the initiatives on my side but the problem seems to me now unresolvable. The laptop was working fine on the

day when I purchased it, but from the

day, it kept asking me to reboot the system and install the drivers again and again. Now it has been several days and I am honestly tired of updating the drivers along following the instructions to the note as per the website but without

, I cannot use the major functionality that includes: sound, microphone, camera, etc. At

, I thought, it was just a matter of regular system updates and the computer system will work fine in some time but it took a lot of my time and most importantly my work is getting affected by it, as I am unable to attend online meetings and cannot even listen during calls.
