are either they are trying to have better chances of getting a job, or it's imposed by their workplace or plan to

skills to meet the high standers of today's positions.

, for those who wish to resettle or visit a foreign country, learning the local spoken

can help them integrate quickly and make things easier since they would be able to communicate and speak their mind.
