Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Good and bad situations are part and parcel of our daily lives. There are conflicting views about whether people should accept the bad
situation
or make an effort to improve the
situation
. Though both sides have different reasons to accept their views, I think it is better to try to overcome the bad
situation
rather than accept it. On
one
side of the coin, people try to accept the bad
situation
because they think the good thing will come out of it. They simply want to go with the flow.
For example
, if any student gets a B
grade
in his exam and he missed the A
grade
only for
one
number. When we convert the
grade
to percentage, the student gets 69%, whereas, he needs 70% to achieve
grade
A. When the teacher goes with the question paper in the class, he notices he did not get any marks on the right answer
of
Change preposition

one
question. But he did not tell the teacher to increase his
grade
because he thinks it will help him to work harder and get a better
grade
in a future exam.
However
, there are some situations which are beyond our power,
such
as a bad illness which eventually leads to the death of the dearest
one
. In
such
cases, we need to cope with the loss rather than brooding over it. On the other side of the coin, some feel a bit paranoid, they think it will be worse if they do not do anything to tackle the
situation
.
For example
, if any person is unhappy with the job, they should leave the job as there are lots of available options in the market. They might need to do some extra courses or training but at the end of the day, he might get his desired job.
In addition
, an ill patient could see some visual improvements in his wealth through physical exercise and following a healthy diet.
Thus
, if a person is determined to change his lifestyle, he can definitely improve bad situations. In conclusion, though there are some reasons to accept the bad
situation
. I think it is better to do something to overcome the problem and there are some reasons which I mentioned above.
