Only governments can handle environmental problems as they are too great to be managed at individual level. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
All countries in the world are faced with environmental
problems
. Some people
said there must be a government
duty because they are too great to be managed at the individual level. I may be unsupported by this
opinion and I will explain my reason in the following paragraph.
Firstly
, Recovering the earth from environmental problems
cannot depend on only the government
. It needs to make conscious mind and knowledge to all people
. Even if the government
has various measures to handle environmental problems
. But measures were neglected by the community. It will meaningless to plan strategy. For example
, If the government
makes a policy to reduce the number of cars on the surface roads. However
, People
are still using their own cars instead
of using public transport to reduce air pollution. That means government
policy was unsuccessful.
Secondly
, Local peoples have various ways to handle environmental problems
. For example
, Planting a tree in the garden to absorb carbon dioxide from factories or Helping the city governor manages rubbish by separating rubbish types. Moreover
, Large companies can help the government
to reduce emitting pollution in factories or to pay compensation to the government
in order to support the government
handle environmental problems
In conclusion, Government
cannot handle environmental problems
without coordinating with local people
. Moreover
, I have an idea for some countries that make conscious mind to people
since they were young age and some cases must be written in the act. So, If peoples disobey, Police officers can find them.Submitted by first.kantapat on
