Governments should be responsible for funding and controlling scientific research rather than private organizations. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Supporting scientific
research
is supposed to be the government’s responsibility in place of the private
sector
. I could agree that governmental institutes have to finance researchers and scientists, so they can afford the
research
requirements and continue with the same passion and enthusiasm. The incomes from backing scientific
research
by the governments are extremely rewarding. Due to the fact, the ability to find the
research
gaps in different fields
such
as economics, politics, health, and so on.
Therefore
, figuring these spots will help different communities to be more developed in
such
fields.
As a result
, the government investments in
research
sectors will pay back.
Besides
research
deficits, science can detect the flaws in any organization.
For instance
, hospitals, schools, universities, and companies. Identifying problems with the infrastructure or the system of any of the mentioned organizations can be done by using some
research
tools,
for example
, surveys or feedback forms. filling out these means by encouraging the staff will give us an overview idea about the problems. In that, using
research
is considered a method to find the lack and eliminate it. As a consequence, the governments will stop consuming
money
and time on these dilemmas. At the same time, relying on the private
sector
to improve scientific
research
is a negative approach.
Although
those private organizations earn vast sums of
money
, the
research
rewards will be for their own benefit over the public.
Nevertheless
, private
sector
rules are not observed by the authorities like the governmental ones. Under these circumstances, they can commit unethical
research
because it will save more
money
and It will get them fast results. To recap, For the sake of development , governments
instead
of the private
sector
need to spend more
money
on
research
and science. I wouldn’t say that private organizations should take the upper hand over scientific
research
policies. As Nothing benefit can come from
this
but for these organizations’ good.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
