In this contemporer era, employee often feel underpressure to complete office matters, causing overtime work and physically and mentally drained. The origin of this matters seem to stem from two major factors, while several remedies appear to be feasible applied. This essay serves a purpose to investigate the main factors which trigger such condition and put forward a number of possible solutions.
