Computers are becoming an essential part of education. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages and give your own opinion.

Computers
are becoming an integral part of the new world.
Although
they hold great advantages we need to keep in mind their drawbacks as well.In
this
essay, I will
further
, elucidate my opinion sharing both merits and demerits of the same.
To begin
with, the computer has various features which have guided us in shaping our nation.
For instance
, with
computers
came the Internet which is being used by society all over the world and holds great importance.
Moreover
,
computers
have introduced the community to online gaming.
In addition
to
this
, people pursue youtube streaming for which having a laptop is of utmost importance.
Furthermore
, it has assisted many schools in helping them to learn to code as various start-up companies now require developers that learning to code on a computer is of great value. On top of that, we are able to see technologies like Augmented and Virtual Reality
this
is possible with help of
computers
only.
However
, we
also
need to focus on its drawbacks it has been witnessed that students often spend most of their time playing games or watching movies rather than spending
this
precious time with their family or friends.
Additionally
, it hampers their eyesight and
further
impacts their studies too.
Nevertheless
, using these systems allows teenagers to watch content
that is
not meant for them and they are exposed to the information they should not have known. To sum it up, it is irrefutable that using computing technology has guided our future to a better tomorrow but it should be used in a limited manner and rather than living in a virtual place people should focus on their life outside it.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
