Now-a-days many people choose to be self-employed, rather than work for a company. What could be the advantages and disadvantages of being self-employed?

In the Present era, a large number of people prefer to engage for themselves,
instead
 of doing jobs for a production uni. Self-employment gives freedom of pace, and action and the sky is the limit for advancement while it comes with excessive stress, insecurity due to the market risk and lots of responsibilities. I will elaborate pros and cons of self-employment in subsequent paragraphs.
To begin
 with, the benefits of working for oneself are as follows,
First
, it provides a person with the power to explore options for advancement in the trade.
Furthermore
, it gives independence of duty schedule, which means one can go and keep with his own term.
Moreover
, whatever profit comes from the field belongs to the owner.
Additionally
, people can decide ,how much money they want to make and where they want to be in trade. The Economic Forum journal's data suggests businessmen have 100 per cent more fortune-making potential than the employees.
On the other hand
, owning a field brings its liabilities with it. Entrepreneurs require to keep them updated with changes in the market and availability of raw materials as well as new competitive products and companies all day.
Although
 they have the freedom of hour to decide, they need to give input and instruction in a timely and efficient manner.
In addition
, they carry the burden of investment done in the enterprise and are answerable to employees for their remuneration at the end of pay periods. Businessmen suffer 10 folds more from stress-related issues than the common man as per Science Magazine. In conclusion, self-management is on the rise at the present age, which has its own merits and demerits, as explained in the aforementioned paragraphs.
