The continued increase in obesity is the greatest problem faced by developed countries at the present time. What are the causes of this continued increase? Do you agree that it is the greatest problem faced by developed countries today?

In recent days,
people
affected by health-related
issues
due to improper lifestyles. While few argue that
food
habits which are not related to health
issues
,
however
,I strongly believe that a sedentary lifestyle is a crucial complication that builds unnecessary fat which leads to overweight
issues
in developed nations. There are a lot of disadvantages which relate to
this
issue.
To begin
with,eating fast
food
is one of the pivotal reasons for
this
problem.
This
is because processed foods are added with chemical ingredients which maintain the
food
with great taste , and colour and attract
people
to consume more on that one .
For example
, teenagers consume a lot of fast
food
items
such
as pizza, burgers and fried chips mixed with artificial flavours.
Moreover
, these
items
might not take much time to prepare compared to regular
food
. These
items
could take more time to digest for humans.
As a result
,
people
started to diagnose with health-related
issues
like chronic diseases and ageing
issues
in younger
people
. Even though it is really hard to restrict the
people
to consume readymade
food
,the government should establish some
food
standards for fast
food
restaurants and the
food
industry to restrict the chemical ingredients level in
food
items
.
In addition
, conducting multiple awareness programs to educate
people
to understand the benefits of consuming more vegetables, fruits and greens.
For instance
,
people
should practice regular exercises like jogging, walking and cycling that make them fit as a fiddle. An educational institution should include a physical exercise program as part of the syllabus which assists students to maintain their healthy lifestyle. In conclusion,
although
a sedentary lifestyle creates an overweight issue, taking care of health should be individual responsibility to create a healthy society.A healthy society provides a significant contribution to the world.
