Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. by way of conclusion, I once again restate my view that some murderers have to get super hard punishment
for what they have done by the law ,not outlaw. But some other crime
just protects their body from a bad person so that they have done some offence. I also
