Some people think that having a set retirement age for everybody regardless of occupation is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to retire certain age limit agree or disagree

It is important to consider what is the total life span, in years, for any profession. While some say that we should have a fixed retirement
age
for all specialists irrespective of occupation, others opine that some professionals should fix their own retirement
age
. In
this
essay, I will discuss both sides of the argument, while I support the latter opinion. On the one hand, some people argue that we should have a fixed
age
for retirement for all professionals. The reason for
this
is that we should provide space and room for the younger generation, who are all set to kick-start their professional careers, allowing us to tackle a prevalent serious problem called unemployment. To amplify, If more and more people retire at a predetermined
age
, youth would have better job opportunities and ample roles to consider from.
On the other hand
, I would argue that
this
is quite unfair and toxic for society as a whole.
This
is due to the fact that some specialists need to retire at an early stage of their lives than retiring at the
age
of 60 years, let us say, regardless of their capabilities and willingness to work.
For instance
, a 55-year-old doctor would have a plethora of problems in performing a surgical procedure on a patient diagnosed with cancer because of concerns pertaining to fitness.
In contrast
, if some experts are not allowed to retire early in their careers, it can pose a serious challenge to both the health and the wealth of their clients. In conclusion, while retiring at a predetermined
age
can offer benefits,
such
as better employment facilities for youth and increased employment, I think, some working experts should be allowed to retire early because of the complexities of their responsibilities.
