"Academic knowledge" versus "experimental insight" is a hot topic in various aspect of life. While a group of people argue that a great teacher is formed by adequate learning and training, others think that the experience is the key. The former group mention that education is an academic subject with a deep research and study background, and the latter point to the previous generations' teachers, where they were capable of motivating tens of young children at once. I, frankly, think neither an absolute academic approach is the final answer, nor is the experience, solely.

It is being argued that although there are more than 50 per cent female workers in many developed nations, most advanced-level positions in companies are made up by men. Companies should be required to fixed percentage of these jobs for women. I strongly agree with this statement because female can women will be able to communicate well with consumers and they have more responsibility for jobs than men.

It is said that pupils in enormous countries are not encouraged to choose science subjects, such as Chemistry. There are a variety of factors which lead to this issue, and also I believe that fewer scientific breakthroughs may lead to a loss to society.
