can facilitate these youngsters to de-stress after work and evolve socially active. By doing physical activities, their concentration improves immensely, thereby, they can stay focused during work times. Apart from that, they would start developing interests in these workouts that aids them to lead a quality life. To implement these ideas, certified trainers in yoga, Zumba, swimming and other activities can visit the community

centre

during evenings and weekends and take classes that help the youngsters to get accustomed to the workout patterns.

In addition

to that, competitions and cultural events can be conducted during festive holidays that might attract young people, allowing them to attend, mingle and enjoy the social gathering.
