As a part of education, students should spend a period of time living in another country to learn its language and culture. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

As it is becoming more commonly believed that
language
and culture
education
is necessary for today’s young, some go as far as to say
students
should actually study these in another country, to which I strongly concur.
Firstly
, when it comes to enriching
education
, nothing is as powerful as hands-on experience. Equipping
students
with prowess in foreign
language
communication and cultural engagement requires practice that books alone cannot give. Overseas
education
programs significantly enhance the student learning outcomes in these areas through immersive and participatory experiences wherein nuances

Such
skills in intercultural communication are valuable in a globalizing world. Not only that, but advanced to native level foreign

acquisition is streamlined as
students
are forced to navigate a foreign country using the local

students
, there are indeed benefits to the broader communities they represent. Take,
for instance
, the increased cultural exchange in a globalizing economy. Over the years, certain cultures have dominated the world with power and prestige, and they tend to set the bar for success, but cultural exchange makes space for less prominent cultures to show who they are and speak for themselves. As

Besides

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
