Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform you that the litter gathering system of our area 10S Smith Block is out of order.

, It has come to my notice that there is no proper disposal carrying vehicles in our area. Whereas, no trash sorting activities are being practised or promoted. There are

no garbage tins or dustbins present along the streets and roads and all the surplus material can be seen scattered everywhere.

Therefore

, all the locality is in serious mental and physical ordeal as no passer-by bypasses but gets into trouble because of the trash in the streets. I have some suggestions to improve these heinous circumstances which I would like to put forth. A full-time working department is much needed for waste disposal. Encouragement of conventional ways of garbage management should be done through awareness campaigns.
