 essay, I agree that it is important to speak in public areas. On

 side, Extroverts are involved in public speaking. Public speaking is salient to developing

's career. Entrepreneurs will have good speaking

 in public. These

 can share their thoughts, feelings, etc. properly with others.
For instance

 in public can deal with their problems independently and they like being independent.
On the other hand
, Introverts are

 are not good at expressing their ideas, views, etc. and are

 not able to interact with others confidently. If

 are not having good communication
then
 they are not able to reach their goals.
For example
, an introvert who has excellent knowledge in the subject but is not able to express his/her ideas properly

 it is a breakdown in his/her career. To sum up, speaking in public is

 of the salient

 of a person. It plays a crucial role in the development of

's career.
