Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to express my deepest apology for missing an important client's meeting on Thursday owing to a personal obstacle.
To begin
with, my wife, Andy, was not feeling well and, on top of it, we are pregnant and expecting it by the next
month if everything goes as planned. However
, owing to this
emergency, I could not make it to the meeting. That being said, I am really aware that I am handling SRL Diagnostics and it is one of the biggest clients of our organisation provided that they have been associated with us for more than a decade now.
Furthermore
, I spoke to the team at SRL, especially the General Manager and the CEO, and conveyed my apology, having met them personally, yesterday. As per our fruitful discussion, they have agreed to schedule a meeting with us again to discuss some issues, which they are currently facing.
I would like to talk to you personally to plan our visit and how we, as an organisation, could address those problems effectively.
