Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result Why do many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Health
issues are becoming more and more serious in today’s society. The cancer rates are climbing rapidly every year and many other diseases are getting into
people
’s life.
However
, under
this
circumstance, many
people
still lack the motivation to do regular
exercise
, especially those at
work
. It’s quite understandable why most working
people
don’t get enough physical activities if we draw a full picture of their daily routine.
For example
,a white-collar usually gets up at around 7-8 am, spends 8-9 hours at
work
and gets back home at around 8pm,
then
he would be too hungry and tired to make a move, let alone do any
exercise
. And if he has to
work
overtime,
then
the workload would make him have no time to do any
exercise
. In
this
respect,
people
are unwilling to
work
out psychologically and physically. So what can be done to refine
this
situation? In my opinion, Not only working
people
themselves but their companies should be responsible for the
health
problems. On the one hand, the individual should raise their consciousness of personal
health
and do body fitness regularly.
On the other hand
, the company should organize more activities and encourage its staff to take part ,
such
as holding a basketball competition.
Also
, the company should build a gym room or add some fitting facilities in the rest area. Overall,
Health
problems should not be ignored, though it’s understandable why some working
people
are reluctant to do any
exercise
after
work
. Both companies and individuals should change themselves to solve
this
problem and build a healthier society.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
