In any field — business, politics, education, government — those in power should step down after five years. Do you agree?

Some communities believe that the
leaders
of business, politics, education or any
sector
should not work for more than
five
years
.
This
method is helpful for everybody in society from an individual to the industry. In my view, I agree with the given statement because
this
approach will lead to fresh growth in every
sector
. On the one side, From earlier days to the present day, most
leaders
are entrepreneurs with multiple skills. Entrepreneurs will develop society and technology with manifold ideas,
moreover
when a fresh individual is given a
chance
to develop their working
sector
then
there will be fresh development in every
sector
. And it is better to step back from their role after
five
years
because
leaders
will be bored and don't have any new ideas to advance their sectors.
For instance
, In politics, after every
five
years
, there will be a
chance
for communities to elect their
leaders
. I think it is one of the best solutions to develop their country.
Secondly
, In Industries, it is better to replace their
leaders
after
five
years
. In the Industries, multiple products are produced, so by replacing their leader fresh products will be generated which is helpful to develop their organization. With
this
approach, every industry will get a
chance
to generate fresh products with manifold ideas. To sum up, It is the best way to leave their profession as a leader after
five
years
. In
this
way, individuals, government, and every person in the society will get a
chance
to develop their nation.
