It seems like everything has changed since the last century - you don’t need to worry about your deadlines because Artificial Intelligence can write your essay. Also, you don’t even need to go outside - people have an opportunity to earn money from home, and it’s not necessary to go outside. However, if we think about it carefully, the number of positive aspects won't seem huge compared to the negatives.

Nowadays days Traditional cooking is being replaced by new food intake practices. Some of the reasons that could be mentioned are the awareness of some diseases like celiac, diabetes or gut issues such as bloating among others. Another aspect to be considered is linked the social media which is a helpful channel to spread the voice on the benefits that the community have been experimenting with the changes in their food habits.
