is the physical stimulation in our body that increases the cortisol hormone. All people all over the world are facing

but scientists find out some ways to overcome

factor is events that happen in the past. A number of people are faced with events that impact their lives

as car accidents, losses etc. following these occurrences, make a bad phobia in their minds and they suffer from the

second
factor is their face. Some people think that having a beautiful face is very important to communicate and for

, the reason they get stressed every day is that maybe they appear ugly in society. The
third
reason is competition. A lot of the population are racing to achieve their goals and
this
sense creates a process of
stress
in their body. On the other ,hand there are some solutions to
this
problem.
First
of all, humans should take enough sleep. One of the most important to reduce
weight
is sleeping as scientists discovered. Each person needs to sleep almost seven hours a day.
Second
, having a good diet in daily routine is another way to decrease
weight
. the nation should eat fruits and vegetables and
also
they must minimize drinking caffeinated beverages. In conclusion, all humans are suffering from
stress
but it is important that how to overcome it.
