In many cities, planners tend to arrange shops, schools, offices, and homes in specific areas and separate them from each other. Do you think the advantages of this policy outweigh the disadvantages?

Many city planners can agree with modularization

 has more disadvantages than advantages, I will describe in detail how modularization

 of a metropolis have to spend more time and expenses if

homes
 remain separately
instead
 of single

.
Additionally
, the living costs can be increased for commuting to separate places.
On the other hand

shops
 and grocery markets will not survive if applied

 kind of policy and it will be destructive for small-earning income

 who work for private organizations spend more time going separately for collecting the essential item,

 they will be getting late to reach their office.

 living in the communities and if they find their daily needs item in one single

 it will be more convenient than separate
