Dear Madam,
I am Alex's mother and writing a letter regarding a school trip planned for Australia from 1st October 2022 for 3 days.
As I came to know that some parents are required to join the tour, I am really interested and confirming my presence. I am a professor and have been attending
such
trips regularly, therefore
, I have very good experience to handle the child.
I can manage the child while our bus journey by playing various games and telling stories. Also
, I can take care of them in case of any sickness or medical attention required. Moreover
, I have a vast knowledge of history which can help wards to know the places before they visit.
Since it is three days plan, I would like to ask about hotel accommodation, location and itinerary
I would be grateful if you provide the information about the trip budget.
I am looking forward to joining the trip and your reply.
Yours lovingly,
Anna Robin,Submitted by mohan on

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
