establish contact with the technical world which will be more helpful after their studies, but not only that, they

learn time management between their professional and personal life.
However
, few people feel that working will impact the student's performance on the academic side, which is true to a certain extent. As they might feel worn out after working and will not be able to concentrate on their studies which might be a cause for their degrade in their academic performance. It can
also
implant fear of the outside world in the student's mind by seeing too much technology. But
students
will be able to get guidance from their faculties and seniors in managing the situation. As a part of the education process,
students
should take the opportunity of working in a company. We discussed the advantages and disadvantages of
students
' work. In my opinion,
this
is an advantage for all
students
to improve their knowledge and working
students
will be a step ahead in their careers compared with non-working
students
