Nowadays, as a part of education process, students work at a company for a short period of time without pay. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Many people consider that along with academic education, on-field experience is
also
 necessary for
students
, as that will have a significant impact on their understanding of the core of the subject.
Students
 are allowed to take internships during their academic year to get a basic understanding of the industry. In
this
 ,essay we will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of
students
 working in the company and provide my opinion. Working simultaneously along with their education improves the student's opportunity to gain more knowledge in their area of expertise. As the
students
 work along with the professionals, they come to know about the practical implementation of the theories they have learnt.
For example
,
students
 can get their project work supervised by experts in their field. They
also
 establish contact with the technical world which will be more helpful after their studies, but not only that, they
also
 learn time management between their professional and personal life.
However
, few people feel that working will impact the student's performance on the academic side, which is true to a certain extent. As they might feel worn out after working and will not be able to concentrate on their studies which might be a cause for their degrade in their academic performance. It can
also
 implant fear of the outside world in the student's mind by seeing too much technology. But
students
 will be able to get guidance from their faculties and seniors in managing the situation. As a part of the education process,
students
 should take the opportunity of working in a company. We discussed the advantages and disadvantages of
students
' work. In my opinion,
this
 is an advantage for all
students
 to improve their knowledge and working
students
 will be a step ahead in their careers compared with non-working
students
