Hope you are doing well and good. I am writing

letter to ask you about the recipe of
the famous dish at your place called Basil leaves fried rice with sour and sweet chicken.
I am organizing a year-end potluck party in our company for our colleagues which will be conducted on December Change preposition

week in our head office with a concert and dinner.
The last
time when I visited a Chinese restaurant called Royal Orchid with my family, I ordered the spicy basil leaves fried rice with sweet sour chicken which I enjoyed the food a lot. I tried this
recipe after watching some Youtube vlogs, unfortunately, the authentic taste did not come to place. Hence
I really need your support to make it. Since you are from China, I am sure you can provide me with the details of the traditional way of preparing this

As you know that most of my colleagues are from China , Thailand and Indonesia where they can able to have their traditional food and it is my privilege to prepare it for them. I am eagerly waiting for your help on this
