Many people go through life doing work that they hate have no talents for. Why does this happen? What are the consequences of this situation?

Nowadays, many people do what they dislike or have no idea about in order to earn a living. Below I will be starting reasons and consequences while giving examples. Work is an activity that involves both physical and mental effort in order to achieve a purpose. After commencement society does not get employed in the field they graduated from and have a family to feed. Individuals will eventually go bankrupt and go for anything that pays, as long as it provides for their day-to-day needs. These usually happen due to a shortage of opportunities, racism, tribalism, language barrier and the need for education. For ,example an American citizen seeking employment in Cameroon may not be given the chance since she or she is not from that area. By so doing, it pushes them to do things they have no knowledge about to satisfy their need. Having zero ideas about something is very risky not only to you but to the folk you around. imagine an engineer with no medical idea working in a health centre. Patients will be put at risk of dying due to the insufficient of proper services provided and they might end up being jailed because of that. Another example is a bus driver that has no experience with roads, transporting clients from one area to another might end up getting into an accident due to a lack of proper skills. If that happens, individuals will fly to other countries in search of well-paid jobs. nation in local communities will suffer due to a lack of facilities, food shortages, health conditions and transport fares If the government do not provide schools for nations to showcase their talents, many will be lost people will go around not knowing what they are good at. Overview, I believe if the government gives out vacancies with good pay. Many trade seekers wouldn't go for something less or not their profession. By so doing the organization will grow wild as well as encourage youths to go to school and focus on their dream since there are many chances awaiting them. Doing what you love motivates and makes you happy. You will anciently wait for your work days to come so that you do what you love most
