Dear Mr Tucker, I hope you are doing well and thank you for inviting
next
Saturday evening's party but, I'm afraid I have to be the bearer of bad news. I'm not going to be able to make it, because I have another plan which is not possible to cancel at the
last
minute. I am more than excited and elated to welcome you to the colony.
However
, I would like to apologize beforehand for not being able to attend your party
next
week. The date you mentioned 23rd March, is my parent's wedding anniversary and
this
year it is the 25th anniversary so, I and my brother are going to Mumbai to celebrate the occasion with family. Since I will be back in town on Sunday afternoon, if you are available in the evening I am happy to visit your house with my brother and maybe will give you a small tour of our area. Let me know your availability. Again, thank you for the invitation and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours sincerely, Joshua Williams.
