Teaching them a new dialect can help them in the future if they shift to a new country or an organisation which has a base outside India, and they only need candidates to speak that Speech.

They might compare themselves with their fellow mates and may raise a question as to why he/she has been burdened with an extra speech, but if we make them understand the pros or how they can be different from other children that can lead them to learn the prose with more zest and zeal. I believe spending moments over the later years of growth understanding a new dialect or culture would have been more difficult and time-consuming than learning at an age when the child’s brain is still polishing. Habits come with practice and growth is all about new lessons which one learns throughout the activity.
