It is observed that communication between family members in today's time is less as compared to the past. However, some people do not think so. Do you agree or disagree?

It is thought by some
people
that table talk in families is less these days as compared to the past days due to busy schedule and hectic lifestyle. And some think totally opposite of it. I agree with the statement that communications are decreasing day by day. The
first
reason is the rat race for money and facilities in today's world because
people
do not have time to sit and stand with their near and dear ones to communicate and share their emotions with them. There is an abundance of luxurious facilities in life which are expensive and hard to get.
People
spend years of their lives working to get them and they do not have even free hours for their families. In western countries, there are so many taxes are imposed on citizens that they work their whole life to pay mortgages and taxes. These all factors lead to less communication among family
members
. The other prominent cause of the absence of talks in the homes is social media and the internet. There are many prominent social media apps like Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat where everyone no matter if they are adults, teens, old
people
or children is involved and everyone has accounts online.
Additionally
, there are cheap mobile phones with excessive internet usage.
Therefore
, family
members
spend more time online with online friends rather than family
members
. To conclude, there is no doubt that there is an absence of talking to other family
members
in today's world.
