Some people think that exams are a good way of assessing a student’s level. Other people believe that they put unnecessary pressure on young learners and tell us very little about their actual ability. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

In
this
time and age,
media
is particularly known for its intrusion of
privacy
regarding high-profile
people
. Some
people
claim that being a public figure is an indispensable part of their profession, while others believe that
celebrities
still have the basic right to
privacy
.
Although
I understand both views, I believe that the
privacy
of the public
people
should be respected by the
media
.
To begin
with, many
celebrities
are widely known for their personal accomplishments and it is understandable that ordinary
people
wish to be well-informed about the personal lives of their idols.
Thus
,
media
constantly attempt to take advantage of their popularity to entertain their audience , often commonly breaking their personal boundaries. There are a handful of situations where
media
exceed the intrusion of
privacy
of well-known
celebrities
by waiting outside their private residences or offering financial incentives to their friends and associates to satisfy the curiosity of their audience. Another argument is the way how
media
tend to represent the gathered information of
celebrities
to the public. It has long been known that oversharing information with public figures, often is based on false assumptions which lead to controversies among ordinary
people
who might criticize their life and personal choices without knowing all the facts whether they are true or not.
Moreover
, since high-status
celebrities
are financially secure which results in an increase in their lifestyle, some ordinary
people
might feel entitled to claim that they should share their wealth with the underprivileged groups of society.
This
is particularly visible when certain
celebrities
are encouraged by members of the public to help donate to their suffering children or other necessary issues which require instant financial action.
