it is importance to give a chance to act independently and make their own decisions from early age. to what extent do you agree or disagree

Nowadays, how to make
kids
independent is one of the most important problems in education, some people claim that allowing
children
to make their own choices is a good way.The phenomenon of allowing
children
to take
decisions
themself has aroused wide concern among various circles. Divergent as people's views on
this
issue in question may be, I totally disagree with
this
idea for two reasons. Of all the reasons why
children
should not make their own
decisions
, probably the most significant one is that
children
do not have enough knowledge and judgment to recognize what is the best option or what do their true desire.
For example
, a lot of companies advertising aimed at
children
might hire some
kids
in their ad to play with the new version of mobile phones.
children
may want to buy their product after seeing the advertisement on TV. They even without thinking whether the phone is necessary for them.
Children
are easily influenced by external factors in their
decisions
. Another reason that should not be overlooked is that making
decisions
for their
kids
is one of the responsibilities of a parent. Parenting means helping your
kids
grow up physically and mentally, giving them what they need, and not just feeding them.
For instance
, in Hong Kong, many parents are very busy with work, and their
children
are naughty than others at school because they are seeking others' notice to satisfy the empty space that their parents created.
As a result
, those
kids
may grow up with a higher chance of having negative emotions or bad behaviour. Under
this
link of thinking, it seems to me that parents should spend more time listening to their
children
and making the right decision for them is more beneficial to the
children
.
