as "pad thai", which is a well-known Thailand cooking. It reveals that when people understand menus from different cities, which may encourage them to have a try. On a whole, with the excessive use of e-platform creates curiosity in the public in terms of eating foreign foods.

, the sense of identity in the nation is lost due to the popularity of eating foreign cuisines. As we all know,

culture is the key value of a country,

as "sushi" represents Japan or "Dim Sum" represents China, we should not underestimate the importance of local menus to countries.
