I am just writing to let you know that I have made a decision to organize a party but I am afraid I will not meet the deadline,

information about an organisation that will be held outside and I have found a suitable place that has a spectacular view and it is situated in the vicinity of the sea.I just want to celebrate an anniversary day with my relatives and friends.
The reason why I decided to arrange this
event is that my mother and father have never celebrated their marriage anniversary.Moreover

year will be the 30th year that they got married.
Almost more than half of the tasks have been completed.However
,I have some jobs that need to be done.I have borrowed decorations,lights and tables.
I would be extremely grateful if you could help me to decorate all of the items that I mentioned above.As you are a designer,your offers are so precious to me.

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
