People rarely interact with their neighbors and this is a harmful effect for local communities. What are the possible cause and solutions?

a community is a tiny society and humankind is a social animal. We need help and need to exchange information and skills for a better life. Rare interaction with neighbours will make us more isolated and lose so much support from other people. There are a few reasons cause that issue.
First
, the smartphone had become popular, we tend to stay at the home or communicate with another person via the Internet and social networks. The Internet provides vast services from food delivery to online dating. We do not need to talk with our neighbours and digital survival is one of an attempt to avoid social pressure for us.
Furthermore
, increasing working pressure and mental disorders made us willing to reduce the frequency of our social life. Someone choose to keep silent for a whole day without uncomfortable feeling, which is becoming common.
for example
, reports that a South Korean man talks less than 50 sentences at home after work. it is not good news. The solutions are quite simple. On the one hand, power off your smartphone and go out of the house, saying hello to your neighbours. Living as a digital minimalist is a considerable choice. Taking part in the local society, joining parties and helping people. It is a huge good thing for everyone who lives in a public district.
On the other hand
, never stay alone if you feel unhappy. Sharing your sentiments and senses with the friends who are living around you. Wonderful life of deeply involved public activities is a panacea to depression and every psychological problem. With the rapid changes in our modern world, we should make our pace slow down and try to go back to a traditional lifestyle somewhat.
That is
a good way to live.
