Dear Mr Smith, Recently, I moved into your street and was looking forward to having a gathering of friends and family at my place.

, I am expecting about 15 to 20 people to attend provided that I have been planning to throw

party for a long time now and moving into the city has been a very exciting occasion for all of us. I would deeply appreciate it if you could

take out the time and join me and my family in our celebration as nothing would make us happier than for you to become a part of our moments of joy. The schedule for the gathering spans between 6:00 pm and 09:00 pm even though I am expecting the guests to show up about an hour late due to their busy routines.

we have a bunch of activities planned for the attendees including dinner and tea, one thing to which I wanted to bring your attention is the presence of music at the event.
