 the popularity of libraries is decreasing, I do not agree that governments should not spend revenue on building them. On the one hand, I agree that the number of

 is decreasing. As technologies have developed,

 are able to access various information with a phone, computer or TV in no time. Many

 choose to surf the internet

 of reading books in order to gain knowledge.
In addition
, even book lovers start to stick with their devices, rather than go to a

Nevertheless
, I believe that libraries' benefits outweigh the problems mentioned above. Education is one of the most basic rights of humans, so anyone should be able to acquire knowledge and information. A

 is a good example that provides studies to anyone as a public facility. In terms of revenue, it may look like a waste of taxes but if we see

 with a long-term view, it would increase government revenue.

, most countries that have high-level of education are rich.
Finally
, it has a very quiet and calm atmosphere that encourages students to focus on their studies. Sometimes it can be a shelter for the elderly who want to relax. For the reasons mentioned above, it is clear that

 play the important role in society as education facility that gives many benefits to both nations and governments.
